There are just screws and the plastic tabs holding it on. The screws just come out. The tabs are the typical plastic bit holders. Just use a smaller flat head screw driver to lift up the center part then pop the entire piece out. Some are bound to break - especially if they are old and brittle. Your local parts store will have some in the fastener section for a few bucks if you break too many. There are also a few spots in the plastic that have slotted tabs. You will come across those as you pull the plastic bumper off. Just pop the bumper off.
Take off your grill, then remove all the screws and tabs in your wheel wells, then work your way to the center/front of the bumper. You can easily have the plastic off in 20 minutes or less.
