It is about time we have a winching stuff pictures thread. So to start it out here are a few pictures of me helping a buddy out whose pontoon boat trailer died. So we had to winch the boat on it's side and pull the trailer out.

And by dying I mean epic fail, both axles broke and both wheels fell of the right side

Holy crap what a nightmare good thing you had a winch. Currently the only winch I have is on my little boat trailer it is man powered, nothing too impressive
