Frequently Asked Questions (http://engineeringpp.com/faq.html)
Due to the sheer volume of inquiries we receive daily, if your question is answered in the FAQ, we cannot spend time sending a personalized response to each and every inquiry. We are a small company, there are only 2.5 of us. This helps keep us in the shop, building; and keeps the response time down for questions that are not already answered here.

When will my order ship?
We are a small shop and in order to keep costs down we do not stock fabricated products. Products are built to order. That said, we typically have a 4-6 week lead time on fabricated products. We do our best to get things out the door as soon as possible. If you have place an order on our webstore, you will recieve an email notification with tracking info when it ships.

Where is my tracking information?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that will include tracking information. Alternatively, your original order confirmation email will have a "View Your Order" button, where you can find status updates and tracking information once the item has been shipped.

Most other companies make you buy sliders in a non-lift or lifted configuration. How does a lift kit affect your set up?
The way our sliders work with factory and body lifted trucks is we created a mounting bracket that uses 2 sets of mounting holes. If you have a factory body truck you will use the upper set of holes. If you have, or if you body lift the truck later simply switch to the lower set of holes and the sliders will be located up to the body the same was as they fit with a stock body truck.

Where can I find installation instructions?
We keep all our installation instructions right here.

Our DIY products are designed to be just that, DIY. We don't offer instructions for liability reasons, and because nobody likes being told what to do...

How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rates will be displayed when you add the product to the cart and start the checkout process. You will be able to see these charges before your card is charged.
