So I came up with a solution to this problem. Everything stock with the battery is 10mm. I am not going to recommend cable sizes choice at your own digression. All I can say is larger is better.
First remove your stock battery and buy your new better more improved battery I went with a Size 34/78 Diehard Platinum.
Ignore the other one. I will do a write up about that when I finish getting everything for that project and installing it.
The positives and negative battery cables are not long enough to reach if you install the new battery 180 degrees rotated. If you install it like the stock battery. The negative with reach so please ignore the next step. The positive will still need to be extended. I would high recomend installing it the way I did so you don't create a short by crossing the cables
Installed like the stock way
Installed 180 degrees rotated
Before you install the new battery we need to extend the cables.
Negative Cable:
If you follow the negative cable. you will find this bracket about 6" down the cable. Remove the following bolt. Its 10mm.
This is a ground wire spot so you will have to create a new jumper. But now as you can tell you can pull up the ground cable 3" so the cable with reach the post.
Grab a large gauge wire, Larger the better and create a jumper. I soldered the end which is preferred.
Bolt this jumper to each end to recreate the ground.
Positive Cable:
I went to autozone and bought a jumper. Make sure you get one with the appropriate ends for your situaton. Since I got some nuw studs. Then ends where different then required.
The following would work in my situation.
Now that both positive cable and negative cable are extended you can install any battery you want that will fit in the location.
Use the following chart at your own disgression.
