So the last couple days I've been hearing a grinding dragging noise every time I turn left. It's only left and even if I come out of right turn. It's not so bad at speed but it's horrible when im stopped. I'm thinking maybe the tierod end since its only that side but could it be anything else ?

Most of the time it would but sometimes it only happens when you turn because you are putting more weight on it with the wheel turned. I did miss where you said it was worse at a stop so it may not be the bearing.

it could be your idler arm. Make sure everything is greased! I have the calmini steering installed and have to grease them every so often to make sure they stay lubed. If i dont' the idler arm bushing squeaks and sounds/feels like grinding. I have zerc fittings on all steering components but a little wd-40 sprayed on everything helps too.

I hope it's something semi simple and on the cheaper side. I did some more looking down there and it looks like it could be my tie rod joints cause the boot is ripped. Gonna try and some grease or wd40 in there and see if that help it

with that said, that is the quickest way to find out what part is not lubricated anymore.
