I'm planning to order the Calmini HD Steering at the end of the week. When I do, I will have a brand new never used still wrapped AC IAB for a Gen1 for sale. Price will be $40 shipped ($29.95 + $10 shipping). If the shipping is less, I'll send what left over back.

TK, did you know that you will need your own inner and outer TRE's? When I ordered mine I overlooked that becuase it stated complete replacement kit.

You can re-use the ones that you have, but I would get new ones at the parts store, along with a tub of anti-seize.
If you use a press instead of a pickle fork you can keep the old ones as trail spares.

Remember that you will need the jam nuts off of the original adjusters so don't go all crazy when you take everything apart.

Sorry about that thread jack,,,,

Is the IAB the one for with or without the front tow hook? Is this the one that I had years ago and never installed?

Anti-freeze???
I need to get a press then.
HAHAHA, I guess you do know me, kinda rough taking stuff off.

The IAB is the one on the AC website no hook. I bought it along with the Diff Drop and TB's and now don't need it.

A pitman arm puller works wonders, it just presses the stud out without beating on stuff. With the amount of salt they put down here using the press is really a lot faster and easier.

Thanks JMAC. I see Calmini TRE's are $24.95 each. I found them @ AutoZone $22/$13 (outer/inner) w/ lifetime guarentees. Think I'll go there and pick up a trail pair as well since it seems I owe one to someone anyway...

IAB. Idler Arm Brace

Edit: Here's a pic of mine. Mine's a Calmini, but same idea...it's the blue brace on the right, on the idler arm
