Recently a friend gave me a little 10 gallon aquarium. So I got a goldfish (2 yoa wanted it) and some other small fish. Well, I can't seem to stop lol. I now have a 55 gallon freshwater aquarium and have at least 20 or more fish. I would love to find a 100 gallon or so tank and just go to town on it. On to the pictures...
This is what I started out with:

I would really really really really really love to put an XTERRA in there somehow or something related to the Xterra...but so far I'm striking out. Would really be cool if I could put a couple of them like "trail riding", pulling out a stuck jeep lol or climbing a rock

Im working on making/sculpting a Xterra out of foam, then coating it and making it aquarium safe. I have found some diecast Xterra's but they are metal and are not aquarium friendly. So be looking for a 2nd Gen Model Xterra!!! I hope to sculpt an off-road bumper front and rear but first i need to at least sculpt it

I thought I would like this hobby too but I now can't wait to get rid of what we have but they do look kool when you take care of them.

Very nice! You're starting out the same way I did. I have a 120 gallon you can have for free if you come get it. :) I have it set up in my kitchen ( really big kitchen) with only 4 fish in it. I'm waiting for them to pass on before I shut it down. The four fish are silver dollars that are over 9 years old!!! I still take care of them but who knew they lived that long.

Are you adding salt? Some of the fish you have are more on the brackish side that's why I'm asking. The marineland filter you have are great. I have 2 emperor 400s on my tank and with very minimal upkeep they keep the water crystal clear. Drfosterandsmith.com have the filter cartridges on sale right now for cheap. If you need help or have questions shoot me a message.

Nice! I had a 30 gal with cichlids in it. I got tired of always messing with it and claning it so I got rid of it. Sometimes I still wish I had one. Good job on the X and jeep!

Little update on the Xterra Models. I went to hobby lobby and found a much better foam. And got a new idea... i printed out a template of an 2011Pro-4X and glued it down to the styrofoam then with my exacto knife cut out the shape. Once everything dries, i will cover it in 100% Silicone that it aquarium safe. I plan on weighing it down with some fishing weights. I also made a Heep so i can have stuck and the X pulling it out lol
Here was the previous version i colored with perm markers.

Found a good stock photo of a 2011 Pro-4X. Added bigger tires, shrock front/rear. I'm currently trying to add a snorkel to it. I completely forgot about the snork lol

I also just thought about it...I could add a air hose and have it go thru the snorkle...that would be freaking sweet! Oh the ideas I have now lol
