OMG Punisher! Your X is now top on my awesome list! Now you need to make sure you keep some machetes and side-mounted machine guns on there. Maybe put them in the spot for the fog lights. Yep, you gotta make it happen! :-D

There are some weapons mounts in the truck that are well stocked. There will definitely be more to follow but the next stage will be very expensive so I am saving up.

I want to design the X to look similar to the car from the punisher so some metal fabrication work will be happening, finishing out the body armor with bumpers and skids, additional suspension, an ammo and gun storage system, additional weapons mounts in the interior and maybe a few other things. I will just have to see how I plays out expense wise to see how far I take it. The goal is something similar to a Xterra tank, but still powerful enough to not be a slug.

Bump! Updated build.

Ok here are the pictures from today. All went well and the final opinion from my perspective is this bumper is very well built and seems very strong. My only is complaint and it is something I figured was going to be this way and that is the bed liner coating. It just isn't very impressive. It resembles rust oleum truck liner. That can easily be corrected though. Overall it is a great build and I highly recommend it!

Hitch location is spot on:

I still have to finish painting my shackles and add the hub cap, and replace the tail light harness, aftermarket one I had wouldn't fit.

Nice gap between the hatch and carrier.

One inch diameter bolt holds carrier arm in place.

Looks good man! Where does the swinging arm tie into the bumper to keep it secure? I wasn't sure based on the pics

That's one of my favorite parts. The arm use to run the length of the bumper. They made some design changes and now the arm is a little over half the length. The latch is directly below the tire on the right. It is adjustable and so it can be tightened as needed.

Your X looks great!!!

Bump! Pic update!

Thanks Kat! Macland this ones for you! I went to friends property for a photo shoot this afternoon. The rear wheel kept coming off the ground because of the incline. I just wish you could see the bumper, it's hard to get it in there. Awesomeness.

Just realized I had not posted a fin pic of the bumper finished out so here it is.

This is my red neck drying rack from where I painted the shackles.

Nice! I like the top shot that shows off your decal and wheel combo.

Plans for the front include shrockworks bumper all skids, fender work, uca's, and other items along the way.
