Grill Bar?

Hey guys,

It seems that someone stole my plastic crossbar for my grill that's on the front my XTERRA. Does anyone have one that they're willing to part? If not, does anyone know of any websites that sell the part? The only ones I've seen, they sell the whole grill.

Like the small plastic peice on the middle of the grill? Are you sure it didn't just fall off?

Yes, the bar that goes across on the grill. Junkyard would be my best bet.

Have you ever taken that bar off? It screws on from the back so your grill would have to be off to have it stolen

I pinned it on. I left it like that for a warm day to be painted such as yesterday.

That's got to be one of the weirdest thefts I've ever heard about. You better check and make sure they didn't steal the tread tape from your ladder....
I just don't understand some people.

Yep....I'd say a junkyard would probably be your best bet.

I just cut out the old stuff and then cut expanded metal to the same shape...

Left 4 small tabs on on each side, the two on the bottom and bent them forward...

Then drilled 4 holes in the plastic and bolted the mesh on through the tabs
