FS: neighbors 08 OR 5spd

My neighbors son past away a few months ago from a heart attack in his 30s. I didn't know him because he lived in Colorado, and was a military vet, however my neighbor brought his sons xterra to his house in Houston area. He saw me in my x and we started talking and told me the story and anyway, he needs to sell it. It's an 08 5speed with like 80k miles. We live in spring tx, and am assuming local sales only. He's looking for around 14k for it. I told him I'd put it on this forum to see if anyone's interested. Any serious inquiries can pm me an I can get his info. I'm literally just trying to help him out, I haven't driven it but the exterior look great and it has new bfg at kos. 32"
