ya i forgot you used that one. i was just going to part together some piping and attempt it but i'd much rather spend 125bucks on something that's already done and i can just cut away at.

Ok, the Japanese made snorkle has been ordered. Should arrive between the 15th and the 20th. I'll try to take alot of pics when it arrives.

Also, if you make it work, please provide a template so we can see where we need to cut, or if not a template, just measurements. I can't wait to see what happens here.

Well, it comes with a template. Its like a snorkle thats cut in half basically so, u can mark your holes. We'll see how it works. I'm hopeing it will fit without alot of mods. I guess i'll find out. Lol.

So, I got the snorkel. Everything lined up perfectly pretty much. Had to modify the bracket that mounts to the A pillar alittle and put a small spacer between the fender and snork at one mounting point. But it looks great. I'm going to start a new thread just for this but, here is a pic installed.

That bumper cut makes your truck look rather lifted.. I like it.. I don't really have a bumper, but I was going to cut mine before I put my hi lift on the front.

Well, sad news. The X left me on friday. My father in law bought a new truck so, I let him trade the xterra in on the new truck and took his old one. I am now the owner of a 2005 f150 supercrew. I hated to let it go but I needed more room for the up coming baby and I really missed having a pickup. Plus, the truck is worth considerably more than the X was. Anyway, I stripped most of the good stuff off it so they will be in the for sale section soon. Here is the last pic before I took the lightbar off and headed to the dealer.
