Awesome rig. You differently took the soccer mom vehicle out of the X fast. Also looks like you did your homework before hand which is always great to see. So what made you switch vehicles with the wife?

As for why I traded... I'm in sales and was driving all over, the Maxima was comfortable, a little bit of fun, looked good enough and got decent mileage. My job switched up a little and now all of my customers are local in KC, so the X was doable. That and I swap vehicles every 2-3 years, so it was time for something new. Taking the X and modding the **** out of it is going to be way cheaper than what I was previously planning: M5 vs CLS63. Now I'm pretty sure I could drive over one of those...

I'd say over the next 2 years is to have a reliable DD that I can have some fun with. I'll invest in armor, kicking around the idea of bumpers (probably won't happen - I'm an instant gratification kind of person and waiting 6 months on Shrock doesn't appeal to me) and probably re-gear to get some of the drive-ability back that I lost with the bigger tires... And if I'm going to re-gear then lockers are a no brainer while in there. Then I'll be done... yeah, right.

2+ years... who knows. I may keep it as a toy and go nuts... TS... SAS... Exocage... Rocket launchers?

Yeah, I'm a fan. It's a 40" Totron DC spot/flood combo. Group buy over on TNX. PM N.Y.X. - him or his brother are always placing orders. May not get the group buy price, but they're still dirt cheap for what they are.
