Have not driven when it was dark enough to notice much of a difference. I did go out about 9:30pm before I left for work the other day and I could see they where on and where lighting stuff up but wasn't dark enough to see a real difference... It does look like they will light up the neighbors yard across the street and I am fine with that cause they are somewhat annoying and anything I can do to annoy them back is a win...
