Hi folks, Dan Beauvais (OBX Photo Guy) from Kitty Hawk, NC, on the Outer Banks (OBX), barrier islands and peninsulas off the coast of North Carolina.

I'm an outdoor photographer, and need 4x4 to access areas of the beach, where one can get 13 miles from the nearest asphalt. Also will use it for mud and soft sand behind the dunes, roadside ditches, and swampy wildlife refuge access, etc.

Just got a new to me 2013 Xterra S. Still stock at this point. Not my first 4x4. I still have and love a 2004 Titan 4x4, and have owned a Chevy S-10 and a couple of Ford Explorer 4x4s. Looks like this Xterra is going to be perfect for my needs.
