Obviously we all prefer bottom bunk because climbing those things is a pain in the butt. However, if I'm in a top bunk - make sure I'm over the heaviest sleeper. 230lbs of person shakes the heck out of those things trying to get situated. I was on top of them last year and it was fine once I was up there, but took some practice.

Yea being 6'2" is also a bad thing when it comes to beds that aren't mine

Here's another option...is there room for an air mattress? Queen? Full? If so, I could always borrow one from my in-laws and just throw it somewhere that is out of the way. I didn't see the inside of the deluxe cabins so idk the layout.

Oh yeah theres room.....these cabins are huge compared to the other ones. There might not be room in the main room but I would think it could fit in the bunk bedroom

Yeah even without nothing the bunks you could fit an air mattress in between them.

Best I could do for you is a twin size, although I do have a big a$$ chunk of 2 or 3 inch memory foam.

If the wife decides not to join me on this trip. I will probably be looking for a place to sleep in the x. I would be willing to chip in some cash for a parking spot and to hang out with you crazy cats inside till its time to crash in the x.

We wont be doing the cabin thing, the tent set up I have going for this year will help keep the stink bugs at bay.
But, like last year, of course we will be coming over to hang out and enjoy your fire :kewl:

I'll be in A cabin. But with the rest of my family. So we'll see how that is gonna work. What cabin are we talking about? I want to be in one of the newer ones near the event area.

Well we have more people than beds right now. ... thats why someone is having to use an air mattress

I wont be, not this year. I have been trying to convince her that he will be safe.

I think she wants 1 more WENT with just us. Where she doesn't have baby stuff to do.

Well, he might end up coming. We kinda figured out this weekend that we can't really use G-Ma anymore for anything other than like a day event. So it's still up in the air.

Technically we can fit one more person but that requires 2 on the couch. Theoretically with Rob on an air mattress we can fit 2 more. Cabins are designed to have beds for 8 people (including the fold out couch)

Just keep in mind - my air mattress will be in the center-ish area of the bunk room so the people in the bottom bunks can move around it.

So I have some news.

One of my best friends is getting married and I was asked to be a groomsman. Just got asked a few days ago. Its going to be basically a Friday-Sunday deal for me since the wedding is out of town, so I'm not gonna be able to make WENT this year.

So if anybody wants my top bunk spot now is the time to call it.
