Never got around to posting this right after we went, but here it is in this area so people have access if they so choose. Big Rock (http://bigrockoffroadpark.com/) is located at:

It's $20 to ride, and $10 to ride on consecutive days following the first. They had a decent variety of trails from a couple really cool water crossings, some steep inclines, and a few good views. Not too many major rocks to crawl over, but there were some that showed up on the trails. There was also a bit of mud if you like to partake in that. They also did have a few places you could flex out the vehicle to see how it could perform on the trails.
They did have an air compressor at the main office, so if you don't have an OBA source you can still air down and be all right. Also had a hose so if you are inclined to wash off the brakes or suspension components before getting back on the road you have that option
