Ok, my rear suspension setup is going to be changed soon. I'm going to do 3" Alcans 450lbs, with Nisstec adjustable shackles set to 1" for 4" total.

Up front I am currently running Radflo 2.0 600lb coilovers. Now when the rear suspension is done, my radflo's will be cranked to the full 3 +/-". My question is, will 1" spacer help with the radflo's since they will be turned up almost fully, or does it not really matter? I just don't want to buy the spacers if they aren't necessary.

Yes, buy them.

I literally just spent the past hour researching this topic to further reinforce my conclusion. Since you'll be "cranking," tightening, etc, your extended Radflos, you will lose almost all of your down-travel, which will make the ride harsh; in some cases, loud. According to several sources, Radflos like to clunk when fully extended, especially at speed. I'd recommend getting a 3/4" or 1" spacer so you can retune your Radflos to compensate for the down travel issue. You will lose some up-travel (jounce/compression) when you do so. Additionally, if you go too high, you will encounter CBC, but I'm sure you're aware of that.

Awesome. Thanks.

I mean, I'm just a guy on the internet with no actual experience with this problem since I'm going straight to a T-S.

I'd confirm with people who actually have this issue/solution. I'm only basing my answer on sources in other places (if you catch my drift).

I run a 1/2 spacer on my radflo's. You can run 1" and I have heard of some people running full 2" spacers. They do let you tune out some of the issues caused by cranking up the coils. You gain down travel, the ride feels better, but you loose up travel. I personal wouldn't recommend over 1" since you could cause lower ball joint issues and CV problems especial since you have the SPC arms (no extra UCA bumpstops). Also, recheck your SPC ball joint boot clearance after since there will be more droop....

I was up around 3" but I backed down to 2.5" because it feels better on the road. I am seriously starting to reconsider titan swap.

Go drive a Jeep for a year (or heck, a lifted 1st gen) and come back and tell me how it rides.

I understand the 3" lift but the 450lbs on the alcans do you tow a lot or haul a lot of weight in the back.

I have the rear pumper with tire carrier with a 33 on it. I keep my tools in the back and etc. Bob at Alcan was given my specs and he initially said 400. But I asked him to bump it to 450 just to be safe cause I do carry a lot of crap in the back for work sometimes.

Great. Thank you! I've been wondering if you would t-swap soon. How serious are you on it?

I haven't decided to pull the trigger but I am coming to the conclusion that to get performance and clearance that I am looking for, I should titan swap. I really want be up in the 3"-4" lift range and doing that with the stock front seems to be a loosing battle. At least for me. I can get there but I loose on/off road performance which I am not happy about. I am still not crazy about going wider or spending the money just for 1"... And I am comfortably running tails I like with my current setup so I am not in a hurry at this point. Maybe next spring.

If you don't have aftermarket upper arms that 3" will leave you with almost NO downtravel. I had 3" in the front of mine and the arms hit the coil buckets coming out of my driveway.
