Here in Va as well. But they changed up the hours and I've watched several folks yanking on the doors repeatedly with the lights off inside and the big OPEN sign dark.Liquor stores here are deemed essential services.
WTF?Well I had to send a one of the asses on my shift home because he came to work running a fever.
One of the people (the ass) on my shift came to work running a fever so I had to send him home.WTF?
Sorry for the late response, I had to go find my Bib so I wouldn't drool on the key board. Ship some this way . Just pack it in fried rice ? No wait , I mean't Dry ice
It boggle's my mind why some people are so ufcking dense , especially when it come's to what's going on right now. Apparently some human's need to look on their pillow's in the mourning because while they slept their COMMON SENSE drained out one of their ear's, at least with a few of them. In reality the majority of them were just born stupid and that will never change!!One of the people (the ass) on my shift came to work running a fever so I had to send him home.
From what I was told if we are required to quarantine they are not planning on paying us. Well if they don't pay us I know at least three of us won't quarantine. The position I'm in requires me to work closely with other people on my shift. It boggle's my mind why some people are so ufcking dense , especially when it come's to what's going on right now. I guess if it's a Full or Harvest moon you could see once ur eye's adjust "" LOL "" Maybe the safety glasses with the light's on the side....... I'm leaning more toward's your Bosse's Boss or the person who made the list is the one that didn't check his pillow in the mourning !!I also found out why my job has not laid off anyone. I got this information from my boss, I guess the owners took one of the loans from the stimulus that just passed and they took the money and put it in the bank. In order for them not to have to pay it back they can't lay anyone off. We are down to just over 15 jobs for the whole shop and most of the jobs won't run for longer than a shift or two. My boss told me that he has a list of stuff that we are supposed to do when we run out of work. He was telling me that landscaping was on there then he goes "how are you guys on third shift going to do landscaping"?
Are they supplying any PPE for their employee's who have to work in direct contact with each other ? Or are they expecting you to foot that bill to be protected while at work on their job ?From what I was told if we are required to quarantine they are not planning on paying us. They provided hand sanitizer and some kind of disinfectant spary that looks and smells like windex. Are they supplying any PPE for their employee's who have to work in direct contact with each other ? Or are they expecting you to foot that bill to be protected while at work on their job ?
We got a mask order put in place Mon for the county I live in and then the neighboring counties did the same yesterday and today. Mask's in all public business's or no service where your at and or a fine $$ and maybe jail for repeat offender's. Although my goatee is on summer trim length, maybe if I let It get long enough I could pull it over my mouth and tape it to my nose ? I had to throw that out their because I HATE wearing those tight fitting stretchy type mask's . I don't even like to wear the looser fitting one's when doing wood work/sanding . That probably has more to do with smoking for 45 or so year's and getting the felling of not being able to breath with it on. But i'm like a fish when I got Scuba gear on , go figure...........They provided hand sanitizer and some kind of disinfectant spary that looks and smells like windex.
No I got that. I was curious why he thought coming to work with a fever was a good idea. One of the people (the ass) on my shift came to work running a fever so I had to send him home.
I’ve been wearing a mask everyday for work for a week now. You get used to the feeling of suffocating. We got a mask order put in place Mon for the county I live in and then the neighboring counties did the same yesterday and today. If they require you to quarantine, get a test. If you test positive you have a medical reason to quarantine. Then they have to pay you. It's in the new federal labor thing that went out a few weeks ago. I can email it to you if you haven't seen itFrom what I was told if we are required to quarantine they are not planning on paying us.
