Hello motherufckers! I got a simple question and it's easier and quicker to ask it here since you all love this place;) I need to Jack up my 1th gen x to out it in stands for bodywork and changing the shocks. Where do I lift it, where is the safest place for stands?

I like you.

Jack it at the lower control arm mounts. Place jackstands along the frame rails at the front.

Lift rear by Differential. If you're changing the rear shocks you'll again want to put stands on the frame so the axle can droop.

best headlight bulbs for the stock headlight housing. not able to do a HID retrofit ( no time before winter shows up). and the Philips Xtreme vision bulbs suck the big one.

also I understand that LED fog lights don't creat enough heat to melt snow but are there any other dowsides of using LED lights as a fog light

Sylvania SilverStar Ultra.

And other than the heat issue, no.

Got some small connectors to make an extension for my solar generator panels. What came with the kit was just to short to have the panels outside and the battery pack where its usable inside so I added 30ft to it.

Well ordered those light bulbs. Hope they are better then the ones I picked up earlier this summer. Also picked up some LED fog lights with the amber signal in the centre similar to joe my reverse light pods

I have the 1st gen FSM laying around here somewhere.

Took one of the tail lights out screws were behind the bedliner.

Brown/red- running lights
blue/red- tail lights
green/red- right turn signal
green/yellow- left turn singnal
yellow/red- reverse lights
black- ground.

But now I ran into the issue of trailers are wired for 4 pin (running, left, right, and ground)
I need it to basically be a 5 pin since the turns and stops are individual on the 1st gens (running,, stop, left, right, and ground)

Yeah. It'd require a custom 7-pin setup to get all the lights working correctly.

You could also do a dual 4 pin. Leave the stock 4 pin for brake lights and ground. Add a second 4 pin for reverse lights and turn signals.

Scratch that. Don't touch the stock trailer wiring. Add a custom 5 pin for the frontrailer. Ground, stop, reverse, left, right.
