Yes, I would try and modify the box for 3" tubing though, wouldn't think I'd would be to hard, 3" just has so much better airflow

The updated look is awesome. After seeing your DIY snorkel write up I decided an Apollo filter system is something I want to try with my snorkel. The way it is, it uses the small factory airbox entrance and I had to plug off the bigger hole from where I removed the fender baffle. It doesn't make sense to me to have a three inch opening as the snorkel enters the fender then restrict it down to less that two inches. Keeping it three inch all the way to the filter should be a lot better not to mention having a nice sealed airbox instead of worrying about some bit of RTV coming loose somewhere in the many areas of the factory box. It should be here Friday so if I have time I'll get it set up before the mod day on the 30'th.

It's just wire mesh with a eBay nismo badge lol ill try and get new pics tonight plus i added me leds

Was looking through your pics, and have to ask. in this pic did you have a snapped front axle, or is it an optical illusion. I swear it looks like the tire on the left sticks out 3 or 4 inches wider.

Man Ive been seriously lacking with this thread,

Went to Moab, and had a blast. also won some calmini a arms, so Now the truck has a full 3" suspension left,

Heres kinda a comparasion for before and after

Sits alot taller, While in moab I trashed my steering, So I just installed a grassroots centerlink, new tie rods, new idler arm and bandit bushings... steering is insanely tight

With that lift it almost makes your tires look small.. Like how mine look right now..

Honestly I don't know... I need to do some work on my skid plates they are all bent up and hitting where the shouldn't, beyond that I have nothing else on my plate for the truck... When I did the control arms I also put in new cv axles and replaced the wheel bearings so 90% of the front end is brand new...

Maybe ill start saving for a locker... No sas for me... Don't feel like I have out wheeled my ifs yet and it really has t ever caused me problems...

I have also considered taking all my bumpers off and making new ones lol
