Any time your working with the front bumper it's a good idea to put a layer or two of painters tape on the fenders just above the bumper sides. In a contest of 1/4 inch steel vs paint if something slips you can guess which one will loose.

I'm lost at the two bolt thing.. But then again I'm lazy and didn't read all of this

What size bolts did you use on your bumper? just out of curiosity

The bumper was designed to use the six factory mounting holes so before the body lift I was using the OEM bolts. After the body lift I drilled new holes in the frame and used 1/2 inch grade 8 bolts.
