XN Junk Yard Request Thread

So I thought of this idea.

As our vehicles age, trips to the junk yard become a great way to find replacement parts, trail spares, & add ons at reasonable prices. The problem I have..... I can hardly ever find good X's in the junk yard.

So I thought, what if we had a thread to the tune of, "I'm looking for this part, I don't want to pay more than this much for it shipped." If it's something obscure, post a reference picture so we all know what we're looking for. If you know any interchangeable ability, be sure to list that as well.

Then if you're going to the junk yard, and you see said part at or below the price in the thread, you pick it up, PM the buyer, the buyer pays you for it, and you send it to them.

Most of us can post on the go, so be sure to quote and respond to the person in the thread looking for the part so that we don't end up with duplicates.

I think it would be a great resource for us all to get the parts we need from junk yards all over the country.

So I'll start it off.

Found my switch bezel today.

I'm looking for another double switch bezel in gray from a 1.0 gen. I don't remember which side of the steering wheel I pulled the last one from<snip>

Looking for no more than $10. This one cost me $4.

Further info... This bezel is on the far left, and has a blank and the rear wiper control stock.

Gotta couple things.. First is the little piece that covers the nut that holds on the front windshield wipes. Any Xterra 00-04 will work.

The other is kind of an odd ball.. Two of these hubcaps..

As for prices on these things.. I'm really not too picky.. Just use your best judgment and common sense

I know there's something else but I just can't think of it at the moment..

But yeah, it's the all black stock hubcap. They came on the XE Xterras with the steelies. I've looked for a long time to try and find some but no luck..

That reminds me! I need 3 charcoal Desert Runner center caps. I'm not paying the $50 each I can order them online for. That's extortion. Max of $20 each there.

Yeah, the four switch panel is what I had in my '08. Nissan changed the dash in '09. Frontiers get the option of heated seats, hence the 2 extra switches.

I need the stock front license plate holder that attaches to the front bumper. I'm finally registering the X in VA. Which means I now need that stupid looking front license plate. Don't know what happened to mine after I took it off a few years ago.

There was a 2nd Gen at the pick-n-pull in VA Beach this week. Cal, if you can run down there this weekend it might still be there. I can't get back out the way until the middle of next week.

Heading to a Pull-A-Part this Saturday in search of a few odds and ends. they have a single 2000 Xterra on the lot. Is there something specific anybody wants? Keep in mind, these things are usually pretty picked over by the time they get to the lot (at least, in my experience).
