Quick question. When you open carry in legal open carry states and it says it must be 2 actions from firing, can those two actions consist of clambering a round, and switching the safety? Or am I wrong? Please keep it in English too lol I don't really get the legal mumbo jumbo

Aaron, you're too young to get a CCW/HCP....you have to be 21 and up.
What it means is no loaded round in chamber but magazine may be loaded. (rack slide = one action plus pull trigger = 2 actions)
Revolver, the bullet can be in the chamber next to the firing chamber but it can not be fired upon first trigger meaning you have to pull the trigger twice to fire it = 2 actions.

I know open carrying anything more than a hand gun in public kinda seems pointless and everyone has their own opinion so I won't get at that. I was just wondering what it meant by the 2 action step.
From what I've heard and seen when you open carry long guns stuff like this happens, he has every right to do so but it is just so unusual that he gets so much unwanted/unneeded attention. I think he's trying to share it with the public though, that you can open carry wherever he is at. If it wasn't so uncommon I would do it!

I woke up at 5:30, seen school was on a 2 hour delay, went back to bed until 8:30, got my son and friend off to school, snooped around facebook and XN for a while, ate breakfast, went back to bed around 11ish and slept till almost 2. Now I'm just groggy and could be cranky. Thank goodness Craig is happy with pizza tonight. I didn't really want to tackle an actual dinner or test the smoke alarm batteries. LOL. Ok..that was not true. However...cooking is not an interest of mine tonight.
