I too slam on my brakes for a few reason...(1) I need more personal space while driving then I do in a crowd of people. (2) Owner before me backed into a pole and my bumper has a big dent in it. (3) I want them to totally obliterate my X so I will HAVE to get a new one hints a 4x4 one

* I never had issues with anxiety until the last few months.
* The Break up with my GF of four years and and the absolute light of my life two days ago is making it uncontrollable.
* I have no idea how to deal with it (break up induced anxiety).
* This isnt the messiest break up I've been through (fiancé cheated on me)
* I have seen people OD, die from gunshot wounds, stab wounds, burn to death in a car fire. Hell I've seen the aftermath of 5 year old beat a 3 week old to death by striking it repetitively with a toy truck (mother was out trying to score drugs). But I have no idea how to deal with this.
* So far the only thing that has remotely helped is alcohol.
* Contrary to what you may believe, I haven't drank since 1330.

There are some guys on here that have been through some tough times. I'm lucky to not have been one of them but I know I'll be turning here for support if I ever need it.
A good dip will go a long way in calming the nerves. For me, movies are a great escape. Shoot em ups and flat out dirty comedies will avoid all the mushy stuff that can bring up feelers.

*I'm a workaholic (hence, two jobs). Used to work 60 hrs/wk for like 10 yrs straight. I can be equally as lazy if I let myself go, so I try not to start.
*After working 80+ hrs wk thru almost all of 2010, I'm done with OT. Just wanna get the hell out of there every week and into my own shop. After 25 yrs there, kinda don't give a poop anymore. Pretty obvious they don't care about us!
*Im into all kinds of music. Probably the only thing I don't like is scream rock or opera. Don't like people who are just stuck on the same 12 rock songs from the 70's or 80's. Most of them seem to be living the "Glory Days" thus the 12 rock hits that they relate to.
I work best with country playing to keep me calm.
*I rarely ever go to church, but i think I'm very religious and believe in gobble. I pray all the time. It's the only answer I have for still bring here after several very close calls in my life, and
for the guidance that's got me this far and to where I'm at.
*Im very impatient as far as hobbies/wants, etc, but I've gotten much better about it. Credit my wife with that, as somebody has to have some financial sense!
