skip the dremel and get an angle grinder. You will go through $15 or more worth of blades trying to cut through the fenders with a dremel.

Agreed dremel is nice for smaller jobs but depending on how much fender you're taking off that would kill some blades.

And they aren't expensive. We use an el cheap-o one from HF and it has yet to let us down. It gets abused.
