Kinda hard to tell from that far away, but I think you got a NA radiator

But, working radiator is better than non-working

Tanks Prime!

I've always liked the SC hoods, not the lights. And gen 1 lights but not the hood.

Ahaha im picky.
You know what, I'm with you on that. I never like the front end of the 1.5, but that bulging hood does look good. It's the grill and lights that throw the whole look off.

Nissan: For the G3 X, Bulging hoods with squared off grills and lights!!!

And prime I'm with you there, I tried filling in the holes, but it would have taken A LOT of bondo because of where the hole exits out into the underside of the hood, it just kept going thorugh the hole.

I plan on putting an X or something where the old emblem goes. That way i dont have 2, different sizes emblems.

As you can see, all the pics are different with the emblem, I tried seeing which would look better for right now, and its just the emblem on the hood im going with.

Should have picked up that spare front left quarterpanel and done the snorkel mod with it. I would like to pick one up to do this with.

Honestly, I like the 1.25 gen look, at first with it being white I didn't like it, but the all black looks awesome. Good work.

Dand road.. I should have. I guess ill have to be EXTRA careful for when I do my snorkel..

Also, I have a question.

If I buy the leafs from those wrecked X's, could I add them to the rear for a lift? Or would having two of the same size leafs mess something up?

Just thinking it'd be nice to beef up the rear a bit, for a nice price.

I don't think so, it would just make your rear stiffer and not as flexy. You wouldn't get the lift because they are the same radius.

That answer was based on my knowledge of leaf springs, so someone with more knowledge can chime in.

The AAL has a tighter radius, which forces the other leaves to that radius, pushing the truck up from the axle.

there is a potential that I am just pulling all this information out of my.. so if anyone sees that I am wrong, please correct me.

I dont doubt you, I just dont UNDERSTAND how exactly that wouldnt improve flex or lift.

But if you dont think it will do anything positive for me, i'll steer clear of it.

I believe Roadwarrior is right.

Because the junkyard leaves would be the exact same radius as the leaves you have now, you'd get a stiffer pack, and it wouldn't be as flexy, but you really wouldn't get any lift. You'd have more load capacity, and as a result, you might get a little but I doubt it. If you took your entire leaf pack out and laid it sideways on the ground and put an aftermarket AAL next to it, you'd see the difference in the curve.

Hey dude on the new hood, cut out the divets to fill the bug eyes on the hood from the original one. Then weld those on (from the inside) and then hit the front with bondo to make it pretty. A guy out here in the CO just did that to his X and it looks phenomenal. I may have to follow suit. gen 1.25s FTW!

Thanks J! I try. :D

So, currently writing up some blueprints for custom front and rear bumpers, and a custom Loadwarrior type roof rack. Hoping to have the materials within the next few weeks. Also on the lookout for some new wheels, need some backspace.

Anywho, just an up to date picture to keep you guys happy!

So in 66 days a great event is happening.

So I have 65 days to prepare myself, and Ivan.
My To-Do List consists of:
New Tires (33" Kenda Klever MT)
Custom Rear and Front Bumpers
3" SL
New Hubs (Still debating on whether to switch to manuals or wait till next year to do that)
And general maintenance.

Lots of work, lots of money, not lots of time.

Need to stop making my daily random runs for useless food and other non-needed things in order to reach my goal but I think I can do it.

Will be accepting donations! :'D

Thats the cheapest I have seen. I am thinking about going to our local tire guy and seeing if he could get them cheaper plus I want to do business with him instead of a national dealer.

I have 16s stock, I was talking about buying different wheels. Maybe I will just get wheel spacers.
