Holy macaroni! I think you just changed my mind about buying a second gen.! I'm in love with everything you've done to it so far! Can't wait to see more - and please please "pics or it didn't happen" :D

I'm with ya, I love the rig, lots of stuff on it that I see coming for mine in the future....for Kris...if you go for a 2nd gen, go after an offroad model...the stock rear locker is wonderful....I love the extra capability it adds.

yep, I've got a front ARB in the works now...just gotta find a buddy that knows how to install em....I hear setting the gear mesh is no fun at all...that, and I've gotta kick my OBA setup in gear hardcore, it's certainly needed with the ARB...

I love this rig, but then I'm partial to the color,

And it's running one of my rear bumpers!!!

Looking very good. (tires look mean, I likey)

After seeing the rear garvin rack you have in the back, and KUMA building his, thinking I'm going to do one for me as well.
Slept in the back a couple of weeks ago, and having all the gear on one side of me was a PITA!
Thinking one of those with the legs set as wide as possible with enough room underneath (to put my legs under it while sleeping) would be a big improvement.

Best rear bumper in the whole wide world!!!!

I still love the tires, too, they're holding up well, and they look mean as hell!

We use the rear rack all the time, and with the Raingler net on top of it, nothing's going flying. I can imagine having all your gear on one side would be a PITA. The rack would def be a big improvement. If you need dimensions or something, just let us know.

If I can afford it, that's what I planned on doing. BUT ORs are pricey. Plus I played around with one [orx] this past weekend in the snow we got in the mountains.

Mississippi - LOL How did you exactly come up with that name for the truck?

Oh, And I showed my wife how you guys have the X & truck both.
Tried to convince her to upgrade from the Altima to the frontier.. She's not buying into the idea.
"But honey! We can write some of it off as a test platform for more armor & projects!"

Shakes head and gives me "that" look....

I tried that too..."look, if we get the fronty or the titan, you won't have to lug the baby in and out of the back seat with the funky over the tire seating and in/out" I promptly lost the arguement since neither will hold a chance at being as good or the same as the X....and that's way worse than I want to have....

Kris, My husband, OKXTerra, actually named her... said she looked like an armadillo since it's gray and heavily armored, so the name stuck!

um....stock tires? I've never had any trouble with mine in the snow....

2nd gen in snow = 2wd with vdc on or 4hi with vdc off...never had any trouble at all.

Thanks so much, Abuse. It's been fun, and I'm constantly looking for new things to do to it. If I knew a little more about electrical stuff, there's no telling what I could do!

well, what kind of electrical stuff do you want to do? chances are there are enough savvy people here that we can give you step by step instructions.....

I'm running BFG ATs. So no not stock. I don't know what made the difference between our trucks [he being in 2wd most of the time - and I in 4wd]. My old set of Mesa's did AMAZING, but no one sells them anymore.

Miss - glad to see that both of you are on the forums. Always nice sharing the love and both being active. =)

Well, the two high dollar additions are on hold... we'll see what happens ;)

Well let me know if you guys need any help. After the little one is born Lawton won't be too bad of a trip after we've had a few months to settle in. I'm bummed there's no way I can help with the body lift with heus33 but I look forward to pitching in with others later on.
