Earlier today in the mountains at approximately 10k', rushy_rush and myself stopped to air down. We were parked on a slight grade uphill when we shut down. We hopped back in our rigs and tried to fire them up but they both stuttered and stalled. They would turn over, ignite, but seemed as though it was misfiring. His truck muttered through it and started but my truck continually failed until we put the jumper cables on and got it some extra juice to start. He got the code from his bullydog and looked it up (I didn't get the code from him yet) and it said there was a misfire on one of the cylinders. I went to oreillys to borrow their scanner and was able to pull up the code p0340. Camshaft position sensor A circuit (bank 1 or single sensor). After deleting the code it hasn't come back yet. Any idea why this would happen to both trucks at the same time?
