I'm looking at 15x8 6x5.5 -24 offset. With 31x10.5 tires. My truck is stock height. Will the fit?

A 15 x 8 rim (nominal size) is 9" wide, so zero offset = 4.5" of BS. If you had POSITIVE OFFSET instead of NEGATIVE offset, you'd be good to go, as 24 mm is about an inch, getting you ~ 5.5" of BS.
Unfortunately, you have - 24 mm of offset listed, dropping the BS, instead, to ~ 3.5" instead of the 5.5" you wanted for clearance.
With 5.5" of BS, 32x11.5/15 fit with no metal trimming...on a stock height rig.
With essentially stock sized 31x10.5 tires, the 3.5" BS would mean you might have to move some metal out of the way.
Make it +24 mm offset, instead of -24 mm offset, and you're golden though...as far as clearance goes....and could get 32's instead, with more room to boot.
Off road, generally, a narrow rim holds the bead better though, so, an 8" rim is not optimal.
