Monday - Spotted a white Pro-4x, merged onto 95 from the Diamond, took the 64W Exit to Norfolk. Had a Gobi passenger side ladder, lots of EMS/Fire Rescue stickers. Also, had pretty unique vanity plates. Shared a wave before parting ways.
Tuesday - spotted a Blue SE with mud flaps and step rails removed, could tell you off-road from the mud splatter across the side. Also, spotted on 95/64, both of us were headed into the Shockoe Bottom area, I pulled off main on 18th.
