UCA Bushing Question

I have new to me, AKA used, SLR Econ UCA's I have cleaned them up and repainted them. The bushings all look good visually. When I re-installed all the bushings three of the four sleeves inside the bushings were really tight to put back in. The fourth one sides in and out freely. Do I need to replace the bushings in that one, or is it ok for one to move freely and the others to be really tight?

Should be pretty tight.
I would mic out a tight one (O.D. of sleeve and I.D. of bushing) and compare the diifference to the loose one.
Not sure how much is too much difference though.

The bushings on my UCAS are just a bit loose, the only way I can tell is the truck squeaks every once in a while as it leans whiles driving

bushings are one of those things that I replace if I have it apart.
