Good afternoon all, this is my first post and I wanted to ask what could possibly cause the left front tire/suspension on my 2015 P4X MT at 40K miles to squeak when going over bumps (street/road, not Off-Road). The sound does not last and the suspension and alignment don't seem to be affected. Just wondering where I should turn my attention to hopefully fix the problem myself. Welcome. It could be numerous things, but try this test to rule out one of them:
Find a bumpy area of a parking lot, or bumpy low speed street that gets it squeaking. Pull the hood release and see if it stops. Sometimes the rubber hood stops will cause squeaking sounds. If it's that, you can apply some grease to them or small felt furniture leg pads to get rid of the squeaks.
