i was re indexing my torsion bars, they were stuck in the LCA anchors pretty bad so i had to take the whole cross member off with the torsion bars attached, then had to put some heat on the anchors only way to get them of. now when i started putting everything back together the passenger TBAR goes all the way into the LCA anchor but the driver TBAR only goes in half way at most and its already all the way in at the crossmember and lined up with the ajuster bolt. i tried cranking it that way but the TBAR just sprang up and the anchor woudnt hold it in half way. this never happen to me before.

Sounds to me like either the splines on the anchor or the T-Bar are FUBAR. have you checked to make sure there isn't any foreign debris in either set of splines?

Likely its to far into the adjuster and therefore not far enough into the LCA. I usually take a large punch and drive the t-bar forward into the LCA. If you experence binding loosen the bolts on the LCA splined section it should eliminate any binding. If you're to lazy to do that like I am occasionally. Using a floor jack you can lift the LCA to about mid travel where the bar slides in like butter. Then of course remove the jack and tighten the adjuster
