These change the 6x4.5 Xterra / Fronty / Pathy lug pattern to the Titan 6x5.5 pattern while adding 1.5" to the axle width.

They are lug centric, so you have to be careful with mounting. The outer studs are SAE thread. So thats weird. But I ran them for years without a problem.

These are for a 2nd Gen. Titan wheels are the same lug pattern as the 1st Gen but won't fit over the hubs in the front.
