Hi guys and gals, I'm Brad. I live right smack dab in the middle of the good ole USA in a little place called Missouri. I own a 2002 X, with 142,000 miles and counting. I'm a family man, with a wife and 3 kids, so the list of mods on the ole girl mainly consists of the freebies, or cheapies. Dreaming of the big stuff, you know, bumpers and such, but for now, that's not happening.
Anyways, I've been following the site for a while now, and learned a lot, and done a lot of the basics as everyone else. So....here's the list, and a few pics for you guys.

Removed step rails
Removed mud flaps
PML with AutoZone lift shackles ($25 for us cheap people)

That little white button is my homelink (garage door opener). It is soldered to the original remote, wired into the fuse box for 12v power (no batteries to change) and tucked behind the dash panel there.

Glad to see a build for this! I really like that garage door opener. Might have to do something like that myself.
Yes, it works great, and it took all of about an hour to complete. I saw it on a forum somewhere, can't remember for sure if it was on here, but that's where I got the idea.

I was going to go with the dpdt switch, but they are little cheepo lights, and aren't very bright. Thought it was pointless to use them for aux lighting too. However, I may do a little upgrading when I get the chance...

Great job with the reverse lights. What kind of lights are they?
They are a $30 set of optronics led driving lights. 5 little LED's in each one. You know, the kind you see at Wal-Mart. Nothing too fancy, just cut the holes with my dremel, wired them to reverse lights, (which are also modded and LED) and then siliconed them in place. Of course fresh paint after it all...
