Scuff plate replacement - is this the part?

Howdy.

I need to replace the plate that goes here:

That's the rear passenger side. I have the one for the driver side, but I can't decipher the website's diagram properly.

I think it's the "body hardware, pillars, rocker & floor, interior trim, scuff plate rear, graphite Right" (and left) which is part #10 in the diagram, but wanted to get a second opinion.

Also, these are $2 parts with $10 shipping :Annoyed:

I would agree with that. Remember that Right is the passenger side.
