Rough country basic 2.5" lift, thoughts?

I'm not a fan of those shackles. I might opt to upgrade to a diffrent set. They look a little too flimsy. Nice find on the lift though!

I 2nd the flimsy shackle comment, if I were you I'd go with the DayStar kit. Same basic concept but the shackles can take a beating... That's what I've been running for about 4yrs.

I am actually really interested in that daystar kit.
without going for a full on suspension overhaul later down the road, are these kits worth it and reliable?

I just installed the rough country 2.5 this past weekend and I'm very pleased with it. The kit comes with quality grade 8 bolts and IMO the shackles are not flimsy at all. I did also get the cam bolt set from them at the same time, which is a little cheap. But for 20 bucks you can't really go wrong if you're in a pinch. I was able to get my alignment in perfect spec. with them.
