rear sway bar removal

ok, I know this is a stupid question, but, I'm going to go try to pull my rear sway bar off during lunch at work (in dress clothes) so, I need a tools list of what I need to grab to get it done, I'm leaning toward just pulling the whole bar off of the axle, so, what size are those bolts, what do i need to get the connectors off of the frame side of the truck, etc.

Thanks in advance for the help guys.

ok, it's off, took about 6 minutes on the ground being careful with dress clothes. it will NOT be staying off, some QD connectors will have to be ordered. for those with any experience with QD's how do you keep the actual sway bar from dangling down and eating rocks?

Why are you not just leaving it off? If you feel like it drives differently I suggest leaving it off for a week or two and getting used to it before spending money on disconnects.. you will be surprised how fast you get used to it... I never noticed a difference with it removed... hell now I don't even have a front one

I don't wheel enough to warrant it being off, and honestly, it drives me insane the amount of body roll that it has now that it didn't have before...and honestly, I've yet to find something out here that I can't run with the sway bar connected. if having it connected helped me 3 wheel a little easier, that's fine too, I'm a bit of a tripod-whore when it comes to trying to snap pics of it up in the air ;)

the overriding problem is, the rear suspension on the '10 Offroad is ***REALLY*** soft already...dips in intersections at 20mph bottom the suspension out (unless both of my shocks are totally blown and have been from the day I got the X) and at least until I add the AAL + Spacer 2" lift, it's just too soft and leans too much, so, I'll be putting the bar back on.

Luke he is driving a Gen 2 so it may feel a bit heavy in the back... You have to make your Xterra feel as comfortable as you want..

that may be...it's really just that I *hate* feeling body roll, I'll get a truer test in a few hours, when I go out to the OHV park to play, there's an interchange that'll really show how much roll there is for me, if it's uncomfortable going through it at speed, I'll be putting it back on for sure.
