Rear flexible brake line?

Does anyone know the connection size for the upper connection head that the C clip goes onto? Is it a male for female thread and if so what is the size? For the bottom block splitter what are the two female connection sizes that the hard lines go into from the sides? I need to replace my flexible hose to about 30" long and need to replace this whole assembly. I have gotten part numbers for the front but now I need help with the back. Many thanks.

Went to nissan today and they don't even know the brake hose connections. I guess it will have to come out. Will be picking up the front ones tomorrow.
