Rear axle 3degree Shims needed?

I have an 04 with the 3" +3 leaf pack and some new OE Heavy duty springs from general Spring that i think add about 3/4 to 1" of lift over original pack. I had the AC shackles but the rear was so high up i added the factory shackles back in and im getting some low speed vibration. I had 3" lift before but had the add a leaf and longer calmini shackles so im wondering if the 3 leaf kit created some odd angles in the rear shaft. U joints are new and perfect and have been told the one tire will have a wobble because it has a shifted belt. I hope its the tire because i never hear about guys using the shims with new leaf lifts. Does anybody run the 3deg shims from Nisstec?

HAve you tried moving the tires from the back to the front and see if the vibration moves forward with the tire rotation?

Not since i had them re-balanced and was told one was out of shape. I'm not sure i would be able to tell front from back.

If the vibration is inherent to a wheel/tire, it should move. If not; then you know your dealing with another issue.
