I wouldn't. Most modern coolants already have plenty of chemicals in them to reduce surface tension. Water wetter is generally just for race cars with a system full of mostly water.
I read this thread title a couple times last night after a few beers, then just decided to bail. I thought the ABV must've been higher than advertised.
Thank you for the advise, happy to say now with new radiator, and nIssan blue coolant. My brother brought over a tool that vacuums the coolant chamber and tests the seals,then with the switch of a lever fills the coolant amazing only took a few monutes once radiator replacement.
