I recently replaced the OEM wire clamps (4) on both ends of the two hoses connected to the P/S reservoir with regular worm clamps. This fixed the leak I was having with those hoses.
During the process of removing the bottom two OEM wire clamps, which are located where only freakishly small hands can reach, I may or may not have used a dremel with ceramic cuttoff disk to remove the wire clamps. At that time, I may or may not have accidentally cut the metal P/S pipe that is connected to the smaller of the two hoses (the return hose I believe).
Here is a pic of the cut in the pipe (circled in red):
How can I patch this hole? I tried duct tape, but I cant get it clean long enough to slide my hand up there and tape it up.
This pipe is pretty long, here it is in a blown up diagram, the pipe in question is highlighted in red, and the arrow points to the location of the cut:
