power steering issue

I did the PML and body lift. Everything was good. All of a sudden my power steering went out. there was no fluid so I kept adding it. Then I stopped. Where should I look to see if its leaking. I didnt see it leak anywhere I put cardboard under the X and nothing. I plan on replacing the power steering pump but other than that I have no clue what else to look for.

1st gen reservoir is notorious for leaking, and with the body lift, it may have been just a stretch too far. Check the hoses on the underside of the reservoir and possibly lowering it on the mount.

You needed to unclip the reservoir when you did the BL to make slack, then zip-tie/attach the reservoir at the new, lower location. If you didn't, you simply stretched the lines to the reservoir too tight, and probably pulled something loose enough to leak/pop off, etc.

Check the reservoir's lines, from the reservoir bottom down to the pump, etc.
