Also, my hood and hatch were bedlined prior, so it gives it an odd texture, different from the main body, but i'll post up some more pics for ya.

Also, jammed some 33's on there. I love them. No bl, so worth it. Still have to trim it up, just too busy to. I only rub in reverse while turning. Everything else doe, im good with. Actual size are 295/75.

Alright, long day at the recruiters, again, and I have to go back in tomorrow at 8. But pictures!

All are showing the 33's, and you can see the paint closer Mad. I still need to sand away where the BSM's were at, and repaint there just too busy too. Anyways...

Still digging the 1.25 look. And 33s are the right size for all 1st gens.

Couldnt agree more with you. I was happy with my 31's, but now I feel complete. Just to complete SL, and ill be done other than beefing it all up. No more adding stuff other than bumpers. It will soon be just replacing everything, with better.

Well yeah, I modded up a hook on to the frame rail because I didn't have a hitch. But it doesn't seem logical to discard one extraction point to rig up another.

It's logical to me. My hitch was shot. (Even if it wasnt shot I would have removed it, it truly weights a ton) I recently helped a friend of mine move, and I hooked up a trailer and loaded it up with some of his stuff. There is no way the trailed weighed more than a ton, but it bent the hitch. I wouldnt want that to be my rear recovery point if I was really stuck. So, I torched it off, and I rigged up some temp recovery point till I can throw on the bumper im making. I was planning on doing the hitch flip, but with it being bent, and me wanting a custom bumper, decided to just toss it in the discarded X parts pile.

You are going to want to leave a gap between bumper and the body to allow for body flex, however I can't wait to see what you come up with

Which part are you talking about? If you're talking about the plastic front piece im going to take that off, and cover up the exposed area with some lights.

Yeah I was talking about the plastic grill, and personally I would leave the grill on there because on the true 1.0 gens, that grill is also the headlight surrounds. I like where you are heading with it, however I believe that if you pulled it off it would look like you wrecked your truck and then were just too lazy to fix it "properly".

That is merely an opinion on the internet so take it with grains of salt and know that it is only worth some copper circles.. If you do decided to go through with it, I would like to see how it comes out.. well I will see it at NXM.. so I guess I have to see what you do with it.

Thats one of my bigger fears about it. I've always taken it off to do some sort of mod near it, and it always feels like people think im in the middle of repairing it. Maybe ill leave it on. Oh well, I can always drill new holes and mount the bumper lower if it its too close when its all finished.

Got muh Hi-Lift today, was originally going to mount it to the hood. I just put it on the hood and that itself looked odd and I didnt think it'd look good there, but itd be a lot easier in terms of removal. Maybe I'll look back at it again.

Tomorrow my Warn Hubs come in. I've got either installation of my AAL tomorrow, or more work on the bumper.(leaning towards bumper at the moment)

NXM To-Do-List:
-Finish bumper
-Cut exhaust tips off
-Trim for 33's
-AAL
-Figure out a way to organize my cargo for the trip
-Maybe mount Hi-Lift hood heep style
-Diff Breather mod
-Get money to be ABLE to even go

Also some more work on the skeleton of the bumper.

I like where this is heading. Did you have issues with your old hubs or did you just decide to yank them and run manual locking ones?

I haven't been able to shift into 4WD for a while now, and I thought it was because of my hubs, which it might have been. But I tried to shift into 4WD after the manual ones, and turns out my half axles thingys whatever are bad too. So I dont know if the autos and that went bad or one or the other went bad then the other did because of them going bad or what. But I do like the manuals alot more. Glad I made the changed, just sucks still not being able to pop it into 4WD and whatnot.

Now that you have expressed a liking for Mumford and Sons you are now even more of a bro. Well done sir.

Build looks great though (kinda goes without saying)

Now that you have expressed the fact that I have expressed the fact, you are also even more of a bro.

And its definitely not the Faussmobile.

I also had this little burn mark on the filter. Not too sure what it could mean, anyone know?
