Noise coming from right rear wheel, any ideas?

Frozen E-Brake? Bearing?

I can only hear the noise at very low speeds.

Have you pulled the drum yet to take a look? might be a couple of things but pulling it appart is the first step.

Likely a froze parking brake bellcrank. Its an aluminum C shaped piece that the cables terminate into. As most people know when you combine two disimilar metals you get corrosion. The aluminum usually reacts with the steel shaft it pivots on seizing it in place. My left side rear corner bell crank is seized. I can tell as when I tug my cable under the truck the left side doesn't move and the right side actuates.
