Just want to introduce myself. Bought my first x (for my kids actually), but I am getting really attached to it. It is great off road, and this is coming from a long time owner of 5 jeeps! Here's how it looked when I got it (disgusting interior filth that you can't see):
Here's how she sits now (cleaned up, new tires/wheels, mud flaps removed, step bars removed, slightly lowered front end to give back OE rake, resonator delete, and lots of Febreze on the interior):
Had it about a month now. Went off road to Hollister Hills, CA SVRA park last weekend. I was very impressed with the off road capabilities, even with open diffs and a lousy 2:1 low range transfer case. Soon, I'll get a plate rear bumper with 2" receiver and either a 4:1 low range kit for the transfer case or an ARB locker for the rear.
