Need advice: greasing bushings and question re: body mount bolt

Hey guys - I'm planning on shooting some lube at all my suspension and steering components ( idler arm, control arm bushings, sway bar bushings etc...)
Is there a particular lube to pick up from the hardware store? Would white lithium be ok? (I already have that)

Secondly - saw that I was missing a body lift bolt from the "c" location. I think.
Anyone know the stock length and what I should look out for in replacing it?

I use Mobil 1 synthetic to grease everything. The White Lithium I don't think is "strong" enough, but I'm no expert.

Just use a nice high pressure synthetic, it will be good for everything that you can grease on your truck.
