Thanks! I'm still messing around with the aiming and I have to get around to wiring them up so they are switched on by the stock reverse lights...

Well, I had a "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light with a bad O2 sensor code... But not anymore!

Flushed the rad last night and put in a 60/40 mix (60% distilled water). And even going up-hill, with the a/c on, the engine is running cooler than it has in the past!
