Lock Box/File Folder

Does anyone have a solution for a waterproof file folder or similar box? My glove box has other stuff in it and my center console has my quick need sort of stuff. As a result, and I know I'm not the only one, I have a bunch of papers floating around my X such as under my seat, between the seats and pinned down next to my tool box. I have a few files and records I'd like to keep in a better spot than crushed in my glove box. We're not talking about birth certificates here... I'm just looking to stay more organized.

The file needs to be:
-Waterproof/Resistant
-Able to fit under a seat or in another discreet location
-Preferably Lockable
-Possibly able to bolt down, but not necessary

I'm sure I'm just thinking about a car safe, but I need some recommendations.

I'm not willing to fabricate a whole deck for the rear of the X, but I would consider constructing a small lock box if someone can point me in the right direction.

You could look into getting a locking fire box thing and drilling some holes, then running some bolts through.
