Insain Fab rear bumper swing arm bushing upgrade?

Yes, many of us have this wonderful bumper. The bushing in my swing arm must be shot. Is replacing with the same crappy bushing my only choice? Or has anyone come Up with something better, like fitting real bearings?

I ended up fixing this last summer. Found a better hinge. Depends how your fab skills are let me find a link to the thread I made with the listings
